Research interests

Most of my research focuses on attention, and specifically on selective attention and on its control. Said differently, I study cognitive processes that allow individuals to focus on relevant information or actions while neglecting or even actively suppressing irrelevant ones. I predominantly study these processes within the well-known (yet still rather poorly understood) Stroop task.Â
